9:15am - 9:30am - Arrival & Registration

9:30am – 10:30am

Opening Circle & Introductions
As is customary for a day of LaStone Therapy, the day begins with the gift of a card while we introduce ourselves and discover what the day has in store for us. We start by dowsing for the crystal that will support us in the day ahead.

10:30am - Morning Refreshments

11:00am – 12:30pm

Demonstration & Skills Practice
Learn and observe:
- Massaging with four stones
- Piezo stone techniques
- Combining hot and cold stones, including the "Oreo”

12:30pm – 1:30pm

Lunch

A selection of vegetarian food, both healthy and yummy.

1:30pm – 2:30pm

Treatment & Feedback Session One

Put the morning’s learning into practice, offering and receiving a treatment with peer feedback. There will be a selection of various sound instruments for you to discover

Closing Meditation & Chakra Journey

Relax and realign with a guided meditation exploring your crystal, chakras, and the drum’s heartbeat rhythm.
